Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Daili. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you join through an employer, provider, or community, additional terms from that organization may also apply.

Daili is a wellness tracking and insights service that lets you:

• Daily check-ins: Record short check-ins across wellness metrics such as energy, mood, stress, sleep, pain, hydration, and motivation, plus symptoms and optional journal notes.
• Insights and trends: View wellness domain scores, streaks, and personalized trends derived from your check-ins and any connected device data.
• Points and rewards: Earn Daili Points, complete challenges, and redeem available rewards as part of the engagement features described in Section 4.
• Provider connections: Optionally connect with a provider or community and control what, if anything, you share with them.

We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

Daili is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Insights, scores, and tips — including wellness tips from connected providers — are not a substitute for professional medical care. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read or track in Daili. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

Daili Points, challenges, streaks, and rewards are features designed to encourage consistent check-ins. By using them you understand that:

• Points and rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Point balances are calculated from your activity, such as check-ins and completed challenges, minus any redemptions.
• Reward availability may change, and we may adjust, expire, or discontinue points, challenges, or rewards at any time.
• We may void points or rewards obtained through error, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

You control what you share. By default, your individual check-ins and journal entries are private to you. If you connect with a provider, the sharing options in your Privacy & sharing settings determine what they can see — ranging from anonymized, aggregated trends to, only if you explicitly opt in, specific journal entries or treatment outcomes. You may change these preferences or disconnect from a provider at any time. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Connecting a wearable device such as an Apple Watch is optional. When you connect a device, you authorize Daili to retrieve the health metrics you approve through our wearables provider, Rook, and you confirm you have the right to share that data. You can disconnect a device at any time from your profile, which stops future syncing. Your use of a third-party device remains subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

When using Daili, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false information to manipulate points, rewards, insights, or community data.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the service except as permitted by law.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the check-ins, journal notes, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service and to provide the features you use, including generating anonymized, aggregated insights as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

Daili, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by DailiWell and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own wellness purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may stop using Daili and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights and scores will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailiWell and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of Daili after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
